A list of common words and phrases we use in the Aligned Mode world.
The 3D
The 3D refers to the physical world you can see, touch, and experience — the reality that’s already manifested. It’s the mirror of your inner world, shaped by your dominant assumptions, beliefs, and self-concept. When you change your internal state (your 4D or imagination), the 3D eventually shifts to match it. The 3D is never the cause, only the reflection.
4D (The Inner World / Imagination)
The 4D is your inner reality — your imagination, thoughts, emotions, and assumptions. It’s where all creation begins. When you consciously dwell in the 4D version of the reality you desire, you begin to impress it upon your subconscious mind, which later expresses it as your 3D experience.
Law of Assumption
The Law of Assumption teaches that whatever you assume to be true — persistently and naturally — must become your reality. Your assumptions about yourself and your life are creative forces. Instead of trying to change the outside world, you shift your inner self-concept, and life mirrors it back effortlessly.
Law of Attraction
The Law of Attraction is the principle that like attracts like. The energy, thoughts, and emotions you consistently radiate attract experiences that match that vibration. While it focuses more on energetic magnetism, it complements the Law of Assumption — together showing that your inner state determines your outer reality.
Self-Concept
Your self-concept is the story you hold about who you are and what’s possible for you. It’s made up of your beliefs, identity, and subconscious patterns. Everything you experience in life mirrors your self-concept — which means the fastest way to manifest change is by becoming the version of you who already has what you desire.
Embodiment
Embodiment means living and feeling from the version of you who already has your desires. It’s more than thinking positively — it’s energetically becoming them now. Through your posture, energy, thoughts, and choices, you align your 3D reality with your desired 4D state.
Persistence
Persistence means staying faithful to your desired state, even when the 3D shows the opposite. It’s the art of inner consistency — knowing that what you’ve imagined must harden into fact. You persist not through force, but through calm knowing and inner assurance.
Detachment
Detachment doesn’t mean not caring about your desire. It means releasing obsession, fear, or control. You trust that it’s already done in the unseen. Detachment allows your manifestation to flow in naturally, without resistance or desperate energy.
Bridge of Incidents
This refers to the natural chain of events that unfolds to bring your desire into physical reality. You don’t have to control the “how.” Once your assumption is accepted, life rearranges itself in the most effortless way to fulfill it. The bridge always leads you straight to your manifestation.
Faith
Faith is knowing without seeing. It’s standing firm in your inner conviction even when the 3D contradicts it. True faith feels peaceful — it’s the quiet inner “yes” that doesn’t need evidence because it knows creation is already complete.
Inspired Action
Inspired action is action that flows naturally from alignment . It feels light, intuitive, and effortless. It does not involve hustling or forcing outcomes; it’s following the inner nudges that arise once your state is aligned with your desire.
Living in the End
Living in the end means mentally and emotionally residing in the reality where your desire is already fulfilled. Instead of waiting for proof, you think, feel, and act as if it’s done, because creation is finished in consciousness. The more natural that fulfilled state feels, the faster the 3D catches up.
States
A state is a way of being: a combination of thoughts, emotions, and assumptions that you consistently dwell in. Every version of you exists as a state of consciousness. You don’t force change; you shift states. When you enter the state of “the woman who already has it,” your world reflects that state automatically.
Subconscious Mind
The subconscious mind is the creative power within you that receives and expresses whatever is impressed upon it. It doesn’t judge or reason — it simply accepts what you feel and assume as true. Once a belief sinks into the subconscious, it becomes your lived reality.
Mental Diet
Your mental diet is the stream of thoughts and inner conversations you entertain daily. What you repeatedly say to yourself becomes your self-concept and, ultimately, your 3D experience. A healthy mental diet means staying faithful to thoughts aligned with your desired reality.
Desire
A desire isn’t random. It’s a divine calling from within. It reveals the next version of you that’s waiting to be expressed. Every genuine desire is possible because it already exists in imagination. Desire is guidance, not lack.
Inner Conversations
Inner conversations are the ongoing dialogues you have with yourself and others in your mind. These silent words carry creative power. When you change your inner dialogue — speaking from love, confidence, and fulfillment — your external relationships and experiences transform accordingly.
Impressing the Subconscious
To impress the subconscious means to plant a belief so deeply that it becomes automatic. This usually happens through repetition, emotional conviction, and imagination. Once impressed, the subconscious moves the world to fulfill what it accepts as true.
Inner Work
Inner work is the process of healing, releasing, and reprogramming everything that blocks you from your natural state of alignment. It includes shadow work, emotional regulation, forgiveness, and self-concept building. You don’t chase change — you return to wholeness.
Old Story
The old story is the outdated narrative you’ve been living from — the version of you shaped by past experiences, fears, or limitations. To manifest new results, you gently release the old story and replace it with the truth of who you choose to be now.
Quantum Leap
A quantum leap is a sudden, dramatic shift in your reality that happens when you embody a new state of being — without following a slow, logical path. It’s when inner change leads to instant external transformation. In spiritual terms, a quantum leap happens the moment you decide and fully align with a higher version of yourself. Time, effort, and “how” dissolve, and reality reorganizes to match your new frequency.
Conscious Creation
Conscious creation is the art of deliberately shaping your life through awareness. Instead of living on autopilot, you intentionally choose your assumptions, self-concept, and inner focus — knowing that everything you experience is a reflection of consciousness.
